Off to Nana's
Well Cale is gone to my mom's house. She picked him up this afternoon and will have him until Thursday afternoon. This will be the second time that she has had him like this. I always have mixed emotions when he goes. I am happy that he is getting to spend time with his Nana and Poppy. They live an hour away so they don't get to see him as often as they would like. I am also glad for a short break. But on the other hand....I miss my little man. It is just the simple things that I really miss. Like checking on him before I go to bed and seeing that sweet smiling face first thing in the morning. It always feels strange when he is gone. I cant wait to see him in a few days!

aww... I haven't left him over night with anyone yet... I'm really dreading that one! I know it's coming though :(
Caleb is almost 6 years old and I still have mixed emotions when he spends the night away from home. I pace his room, lay on his bed, and look at pictures of him! I hope that when he's a teen I won't be so sad when he goes off!
I know it is hard when they are sooo little to be away for so long, but try to enjoy your time. I always try to do something just for me!
