When Bryan and I bought our house it was almost 4 months before we got married. It worked out great because we were able to do a lot of work to the house to make it ours. Well at the time we had no furniture, so all of our rooms (except the kitchen) got painted a neutral color. The
living room, hallway, and office all got the same shade of ivory.......BORING!!!!
Well it has been 4 years later and I was over it. We have done a lot to our house since moving in, including hardwood in the
living room. So I took my inspiration for the new wall color from my area rug. It has the new color, "summer solstice", in it.
Here is one corner of the room.......

oh my goodness i love it!!! prolly more then when u told me about it!! u know im a huge fan of color (my lime green kitchen/red living room/bright orange and blue spare room!!!) so im loving every min of that!! and it does make me want to paint my hallway!! yay
