We survived our first long car trip with Cale! Let me just say....HE DID GREAT!!!! He was so good. He only got mad the last 30 minutes of the ride home. Our trip home was extended several hours due to traffic and several stops, but we finally made it home. Here are some pictures of our trip.
This is Cale in his bumbo seat. He is really trying to sit up on his own and this seat helps him. He was just hanging out in the living room and Aunt Heather and Uncle Chad's house (which is where we stayed).
These are from Thanksgiving Day. Of course we had him in his "Baby's First Thanksgiving" outfit from Aunt Heather and his "My First Thanksgiving" turkey hat from Aunt Valerie. He was so cute....but the hat didnt last too long :)
These are from another day just hanging around the house. He was laughing at Bryan who was running back and forth through the living room getting Cale to follow him with his head.
This is hour 8 or 9 in the car on the way home. I was trying to keep him entertained!

Congrats on surviving the long trip!! He is getting so big, Tara! Watch out.. the sooner he starts to sit up, the sooner he will be running after you and Bryan. :)

We have not gotten to do a long trip with Luke yet...I'm thinking it would've been better to try it while he was still little...Oh my goodness my baby is close to being a year old! AHH! Where did the time go???
